• The app is provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranty
• We do not guarantee 100% pitch detection accuracy — results depend on microphone quality and environmental noise
• We are not liable for any loss resulting from the use of this app

4. User Conduct

By using this app, you agree to:

• Not disrupt, decompile, or maliciously modify the app
• Not use the app for illegal activities
• Comply with the laws of your jurisdiction

5. In-App Purchases

• All in-app purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions
• After purchase, the “remove ads” feature is permanently active (device-bound)
• Refund policies follow Apple App Store / Google Play / China payment channel rules

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published in the app and on the website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
